Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for defective products
- Products must be new and in their original packaging
- Product must be in the same condition that you received it
- Used products are not eligible for return
- We do not accept exchanges
Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
- Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted
Return Process

- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Use the return shipping label included in your original package
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Shipping
- A prepaid return shipping label is included in your original package
- There is no restocking fee for returns
- Please retain proof of shipping until your return is processed
Refunds
- All refunds will be issued in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)
- Refund processing time is up to 15 business days from the date we receive your return
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
Additional Information
- Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for refund
- We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our eligibility criteria
- Please include a detailed description of the defect when initiating your return
