Return and Refund Policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for defective products
  • Products must be new and in their original packaging
  • Product must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Used products are not eligible for return
  • We do not accept exchanges

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted

Return Process

  2. Package your item securely in its original packaging
  3. Use the return shipping label included in your original package
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided

Shipping

  • A prepaid return shipping label is included in your original package
  • There is no restocking fee for returns
  • Please retain proof of shipping until your return is processed

Refunds

  • All refunds will be issued in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)
  • Refund processing time is up to 15 business days from the date we receive your return
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed

Additional Information

  • Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for refund
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our eligibility criteria
  • Please include a detailed description of the defect when initiating your return
